Terms for this website
Applies to roadwild.org — this website. Last updated 9 September 2026.
This is a marketing site. Using the Road Wild app is governed by a separate document — the Road Wild Terms of Service, at app.roadwild.org/terms. Where the two differ, those terms govern.
The waitlist is a request, not an account
Putting your email in the form asks to be considered for the private beta. It doesn't create an account, doesn't guarantee an invite, and doesn't entitle you to access. Invites go out in batches and some requests won't receive one.
What's on this site
We describe Road Wild as it exists. Anything not built yet is marked in development wherever it appears, and being listed there is not a promise that it will ship, or ship on any particular date.
Spot counts are approximate and rounded down. The map is compiled substantially from public land and agency data; a listing is not a guarantee that overnight stays are permitted at that place, and conditions, closures and rules change. Check locally before you rely on a pin.
